Please join The Haven on Wednesday September 13th for a New Moon Intention Ceremony & Sound Healing with Cate Jones of Violet Feather Alchemy. 

Cate will start the evening with an intuitive reading and intention setting meditation, and then lead us on a journey of sound healing using your set intention.  Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, journal & pen, water bottle and anything else needed to be comfortable in both seated and lying positions.  The Haven will be providing tea immediately following the event to allow space for reintegration and connection with other attendees. 

Previous meditation experience is not required.
